Adjika – Traditional Caucasian spice blend

Word "adjika" means "salt" , reflecting its origin as a basic spice In Caucasian cuisine . This pungent and aromatic the mixture strengthens meat, fish, vegetables, pasta and soups flavors.

Adjika can be used in dry form , sprinkled directly during cooking ( 1 tablespoon per 1 kg of meat or 1 liter of water ).
