Orders

All orders placed are valid and accepted. The items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Spiceherbsland only sells items that are in stock and ready to ship from our distribution center. However, we reserve the right to not fulfill orders for prepaid items due to manufacturing or quality control issues. In such cases, you will be notified by email and a refund will be issued to your credit or debit card within 30 days of notification of the unavailability of the item.

Spiceherbsland stores transactions for at least one year.

Pricing policy

Prices listed on the Spiceherbsland website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. All prices and offers are as published. Prices listed on the website are valid at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.

Order acceptance

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order.

Acceptance of the order and conclusion of the contract between the customer and Spiceherbsland occurs when you receive notification of the shipment of the goods, unless the order is canceled.

Spiceherbsland cannot accept your order if payment is not confirmed, the item is out of stock, the item has been canceled, or you do not meet the purchase legality requirements.

Spiceherbsland is not responsible for product recalls, whether or not the product has been sold. We reserve the right to remove, change or edit any information or content on the website.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods. Payment will be debited from your account after placing an order on the spiceherbsland website. All credit and debit card holders are verified and authorized by the card issuers. If the payment is not confirmed, Spiceherbsland is not responsible for any delay or non-fulfillment of the order.

Delivery

All orders placed on www.spiceherbsland.lv are shipped only within the European Union (EU) using DPD . Orders are processed and shipped via 3 working days .
Delivery methods: home delivery and to parcel machines .
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually takes from 3 to 10 days .

Upon receipt of the goods, responsibility for them passes to the buyer. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct as we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect information.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it or refund the price you paid, plus reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that refunds do not include priority or luxury mail services or insurance fees.

However, if the item has been opened or used, or if the return is based on personal opinion, we cannot refund your money.
