Orders

All placed orders are valid and accepted. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Spiceherbsland only sells items that are in stock and ready for shipment from our distribution center. However, we reserve the right not to fulfill orders for pre-paid items due to production or quality control issues. In such a case, you will be informed by email, and within 30 days of notification of the item's unavailability, a refund will be issued to your credit or debit card.

Spiceherbsland stores transactions for at least one year.

Pricing policy

Prices stated on the Spiceherbsland website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. All prices and offers are valid as published. Prices stated on the website at the time of order are valid. Prices are subject to change.

Order acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email with order details. This email confirms that we have received your order.

Order acceptance and the formation of a contract between the customer and Spiceherbsland occur when you receive a notification of item dispatch, provided the order is not canceled.

Spiceherbsland cannot accept your order if payment is not confirmed, the item is out of stock, the item is canceled, or you do not meet the purchase legitimacy requirements.

Spiceherbsland assumes no responsibility for item cancellations, regardless of whether the item was sold or not. We reserve the right to remove, change, or edit any information or content on the website.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods. Payment will be debited from your account upon placing an order on the spiceherbsland website. Delivery

All orders placed on www.spiceherbsland.lv are shipped only within the European Union (EU) using DPD. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
Delivery methods: home delivery and parcel lockers.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually ranging from 3 to 10 days.

Upon receipt of goods, responsibility for them transfers to the buyer. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or problems arising from incorrect information.

Returns and refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it or refund the price paid along with reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that refunds do not include priority or luxury postage services or insurance fees.

However, if the item has been opened or used, or if the return is based on personal opinion, we cannot issue a refund.
