Ground Cardamom

Cardamom, also known as cardamom or cardamom, is a spice extracted from the seeds of plants of the genera Elettaria and Amomum, which belong to the Zingiberaceae family. It is the third most expensive spice in the world, surpassed only by vanilla and saffron. Due to its unique and strong flavor,cardamom has an intense aromatic, resinous odor. Cardamom is a main ingredient in Indian cuisine, and is also used in baked goods, as a garnish for basmati rice, and traditionally in coffee and tea.
